How long do you need my computer?
If your computer is in the workshop the average turn around time is 3-5 working days. If it is ultra important and you need it back yesterday! For an $55 I can start work immediately and keep pushing it as fast as it will go until it’s fixed.

Can I pickup or drop off after hours?
Yes, as it is a home workshop the advantage is you can still drop off and pickup outside my normal hours of work you just need to send me an sms (phone calls and emails are not responded to after hours).

How do I pay?
Payment is strictly on pickup. Cash is best as it doesn’t attract merchant fees.
Cards are also ok but have a flat fee of 2% for both debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Amex)..sorry the machine can only do chip and pin or tap and go, swipe function of eftpos cards is not available.

Do you sell parts?
Being a repairer I keep some fast moving parts in stock such as hard drives and power supply’s which are used on a daily basis.
Other parts like RAM, CPUs, Motherboards are not stocked as they out date way to quickly. That said their is no harm in asking I might have a part in stock if your stuck eg after hours.
